Before submitting a ticket:
1 ) Please read the document carefully that is included in the package and online document.
2 ) Always provide your site URL along with your message so we can analyze and identify the issues because without that we won't be able to check what's wrong and, it will save our time to ask again in ticket. also share screenshot if possible.
Please try not to submit multiple tickets with the same query and once submitting a new ticket, please do not ask/inform us anywhere (Mail or comment section). We respond our tickets as soon as possible.
Support questions can be posted in our dedicated support system anytime. Tickets are normally responded within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday with limited weekend support.
